Deploying Qt apps to Symbian phones 101

Hello,

I have just started developing Symbian apps using Qt. I would like to test my app on a Nokia N73. Can someone please direct me to a suitable resource online or describe the steps I should take to deploy my app on the phone?

Start by getting a new phone. N73 is S60 3rd edition initial release which isn't supported.

To deploy to a phone, in a way that is suitable for the Ovi Store, check "this":http://doc.qt.nokia.com/smart-installer-1.1/smartinstaller-preparing-for-signing.html and "this":http://doc.qt.nokia.com/smart-installer-1.1/smartinstaller-ovi-signed.html

To test your app in a phone you can use the "RDA":http://discussion.forum.nokia.com/forum/showthread.php?220312-Easier-way-to-get-a-devcert-for-RDA-devices service - Remote Device Acess, you will be able to test your app via web in a real phone.
