I see in the download section that there are prebuild version for VS 2010 and VS 2012, Is there a plan to have a version for VS 2013?

There will be no such official packages for 5.2.
However you can find unofficial builds for VS2013 "here":http://www.tver-soft.org/qt64

However, there will be official VS 2013 builds for Qt 5.3.0, which will be released next month.
If you don't mind using a pre-beta version, you can download it from http://download.qt-project.org/snapshots/qt/5.3/5.3.0-beta/
