Deployment on Mac OSX 10.9: Can an app built in OSX 10.8 be able to run on 10.9?

I have a Mountain Lion hackintosh. My app is written in pure Qt4.8/C++. Can my app be able to run fully in an Maverick machine? If not, do I have to upgrade to Maverick, or there is another solution?

It will run. Make sure you are using the newest Qt version available (preferably 4.8.6).
