QT 5.2.0 not working button "Start"

I downloaded the distribution qt-windows-opensource-5.2.0-mingw48_opengl-x86-offline.exe and installed it on two computers with different operating systems. Nowhere home button does not work. Tried the installer qt-windows-opensource-1.5.0-x86-online.exe button "Start" is also not working. In version 5.1 home button worked. Tell me, what could be the reason?

Are you using the Qt Creator from 5.1 with 5.2 ? If so, it's normal. You should ensure that you are using Qt Creator 3.0 to work with Qt 5.2
