Qt 5.2 with Visual Studio 2013?

I just downloaded: qt-windows-opensource-5.2.0-msvc2012_opengl-x86_64-offline.exe
Will this be compatible with Visual Studio 2013?
I haven't installed either yet, but wanted to know ahead of time if there are any issues.

Hi,
Rule of Visual Studio: install the Qt package that is compiled for the given VS (for e.g. binary compatibility). For VS2013, you currently have to compile Qt yourself.

Thanks ... of course that makes sense. it's annoying that Microsoft refuses to allow purchase of VS 2012 now that VS 2013 is released

I spoke with 2 different sales staff and 1 technical support. All flatly stated that VS 2012 could not be purchased now that 2013 has been released. I have been able to install a 30-day trial version of VS 2012 ... so that helps. I'll investigate further ... there has to be some hook to allow a customer to buy older version of MS software especially one that is just prior to current release. Lemme know if you have any ideas ... and as always ... thanks for your feedback,

There's maybe the Express Edition but you won't have Qt's add-in
