    Hi
I have compiled qt5 for tizen emulator following the instructions found here http://qt-project.org/wiki/Build-Qt-for-Tizen and I am trying to run an application in the emulator. However, even if the application compiles and deploys with no issues, nothing happens in the emulator. First, I get an odd warning requesting me to provide the executable, but when I provide one I get an error. When I select Build->Deploy Project "hello world" I see the message package installed, but still nothing happens in the emulator. Could you advise please ?
    regards
    Bogdan

      Just follow:
      http://qt-project.org/wiki/Creating-Hello-World-Application

BTW: Running emulator application from QtCreator is not handled yet.

        Hi

This is what I did, but after deploying the app, nothing happens in the emulator. I am also worried about the warning message asking for the executable.

I am wondering if there is an example of compiling and deploying an application on Tizen using cmake ?

        thanks
        Bogdan

Paste the log output when you run deploy step from QtCreator. After successful deploying/installation Application icon should appear on homescreen.

            Hi
Everything went well, the problem seems to be the emulator which is too slow.
            thanks
