    Hi, i want SIMPLE sound spectrum analizer based on progressbars

    i used now Phonon, but i dnt know how to get frequrency or something like this for visualization sound?

    how to get frequrency in QTmultimedia i not found too

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

      The progress bar could only indicate the volume, it's not really suited for spectrum analyzes. What values would you like to show with progress bars ?

            The thing to the left ? It's a peak meter, so it shows the instant level of an audio signal (loudness). More or less it's the volume

                PeakValue The peak volume of the media's audio stream.
