    Hi,

    I am developing an app the uses the camera API on the N8. I have tried enabling macro focus like this:

    @m_camera->focus()->setFocusMode( QCameraFocus::MacroFocus )@

    but I get an error saying the focus mode is not supported? Has anyone else had any luck getting this to work?

    The built in camera app on the N8 has macro focus, but I'm guessing it was built using the Symbian SDK.

    Thanks

      Please check which version of Qt Mobility is installed on N8 device.

        I check the installation log on my device and it says I have:
        Qt Mobility 1.01(0)
        Qt 4.07(0)

        Edit: Just found the Qt mobility discussion boards so I have moved the post there:

          Camera API is still in Technology preview mode.

          All full features are not supported, and the version of Qt mobility is 1.0.1.

          Which has no or limited capability to support camera API.

            Qt Mobility 1.01(0) means that it's 1.1.0 as originally stated.

            This is a bug.
            All the modes supported by the native application should be supported by the QtM as well.
