Advice about Application icon

Dear All,

i created new application then i make run to it on N900. it's work fine but the problem when i disconnect the USB cable i can't found the application icon in the Desktop for the Mobile N900,
so plz can you advice me how i can set this new application icon on the Desktop and run this application without use the USB cable ?

Did you try to make those icons as qrc?I never developed an app for mobile, maybe qrc
do not work for N900 so you haven't tried it?

Thanks for replay, I added icon as grc ( AA.grc ). please advice me what i should to do after i add the AA.grc ??

tariq: You might have more luck asking this very platform specific questions over at developer.nokia.com.

I never wrote software for the N900, but IIRC you need a .desktop file and need to put that into some special place. You can not put the icon or the desktop file into the Qt resources: Those will be built into your application and the N9 won't be able to get it from there.
