I think you should call directly the hotel for discount as advices at the "official site":http://qt.nokia.com/qtdevdays2011/hotel-and-travel:

The San Francisco dates really work for me! And the airfare is a lot cheaper than going to Germany. It's been a couple years since I attended Qt Developer Days - the last one was a blast and worth every penny.
