      Use "Nokia Qt Sdk":http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.nokia.com/id/e920da1a-5b18-42df-82c3-907413e525fb/Nokia_Qt_SDK.html

You might find "this":http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/Qt_for_Symbian wiki link useful.

Coding a Qt application is more or less the same if program it for a desktop, for Symbian, or other operating system/platform. Of course, the user interface might be very different in a phone, a TV or a desktop, but the internal use is the same.

I suggest that you start learning Qt in general, specially the basics (signals and slots, the important classes, and what APIs are available in Qt). Then, decide if you want to develop the UI using Qt Quick (recommended for mobile in almost all cases), and learn that too.

After that, install the Nokia Qt SDK (assuming you didn't had it installed already), and start using it.

BTW, probably this isn't the right forum for this question. ;-)
