How view an RTSP stream on QT browser

Hi all,
I am using a Vulcano9x5 board made by "Metodo2":http://www.metodo2.it connected to a 10.4" display, with Qt 4.7 embedded.
My application use a browser to confiugure a domotic system and want to show also a RTSP streaming coming from an IP camera in side the Qt browser.
How is it possible to create a plugin to "link" the qt browser and the vlc or mplayer application, in order to see inside the web pae the video streaming?Thanks, regards
