ha ha! Very simple! Thank you! Guess I should have RTFM. ;) wiki updated and appearing in the how to list.

Please note that the mobile application wizard in Qt Creator 2.1 (currently at RC) does offer a dialog to set icons for both Symbian and Maemo devices. So that should be taken care of for you:-)
