Hi, we are working on STLinux2.4 with Qt4.8.0. We are now using sawman as window manager and application manager. But i want to know if Qt have window manager and application manager that i can use. We use QML for mainmenu UI design. and include sevaral Qt applications such as Qwebkit and Qmediaplayer. So i want to change to Qt's WM.

No, Qt is just a GUI library, it uses available WMs. The only place where QWS is available is Win CE, where the original WM is just too crappy.

On tux, use X server or Wayland.
