Combined Nokia SDK and Desktop SDK?

I have recently begun work for Maemo devices however, when I install the SDK, I notice that it doesn't contain the tools for building for desktop.
Is there any such package that combines both?
Previously I have installed Qt Libs and then the SDK (Windows) but then there is a lot of overlap and redundancy which would be nice to avoid.
