Component Search for an app - Infinite selector carousel

Hey everyone. I'm working on a gaming app, and am struggling to include a specific component. We'd like the players' UI to have a horizontal wheel that cycles through three delegates, repeating if the cycle to the end, setting a value on the client by the delegate that's in the center of the display. I think I've heard this called a "carousel" elsewhere, but I haven't been able to make it with the regular ListView. Is this a simple solution I'm missing, or if not, is there a product somewhere on the marketplace I haven't been able to find yet? Thanks.
