When trying to install Qt Creator Open Source version on MacOS, I encounter an error at 32% of the package installation.
The installer says that the installation is completed successfully at this stage, but the Qt Creator application does not appear.

When trying to access the offline installer, the link specified to the installer does not open.
What to do in this situation?

Yes, I found some link on the forum, but there was a 404 error, so so far without results

          Hi

on mac the Qt Creator link is not automatically created in applications folder. By default you should only have a shortcut to maintenance tool in applications. You have to go to your Qt folder (typically ~/Qt/Tools/QtCreator/bin) and drag/drop the qtcreator binary to the applications folder. Sorry if I'm a bit inacurate on path, I'm currently on windows. Repeat same process with other tools like Design Studio if needed.

But still doesn't explain the install error you encounter.
