Unclaimed breakpoint during debugging. Breakpoint is not setting up.

I am using qt creator to run an application. I just copied and rename as another project. did created multiple copies and ran the application with different cases.
I am trying to debug but breakpoint is not getting set.
Directly going to main.cpp
How to resolve this issue? can anyone help into it?

Hi and welcome to devnet,
I would nuke the
.XYZ.user(name will depend on project manager you are using) file in your project folder and reconfigure the project.
