Not able to install Qt open source mac and Windows

Past few days i am trying to install qt in windows but not able continue in installer page only

Steps:
1> downloaded latest installer
2> Entered my credentials then i see the below window : here i am expecting selection like what type installation or something ( sorry new this so dont know the names )

3> I click next and i see : retrieving info from remote after that the below
4> Now in next window i get this unfamiliar section where i cant even select anything

i thought it might be a issue in windows
so today i tried with mac -> yet same thing

i am guessing it must be account issue
