How to apply for EDU license

I may be in the wrong category to ask this, I am still new to this site as well as forum so feel free to correct me.
I am a first year student and we are currently learning C/C++. For term paper I need to make a simple program with GUI and so I heard Qt is the best to make GUI for C++. I tried to apply for EDU license but button won't activate. I filled each textbar with info, chose answer in each dropbar, toggled type of Qt license I want, but it is still disabled. I expect the problem to be the EEULA link not working as it just redirects to the same form filling page just without other stuff. And I suppose due to not being able to "read and accept EEULA" button sumbit keeps being disabled. I checked the page contents and changed button to enabled state artificially but i suppose this won't work... So how to apply for EDU? -

I don't have an answer to that issue. Sorry for that. But what exactly would you need ? The open source version might already cover your requirements.
