and the mirror list is dead
please bring back the offlien isntallers, this user experience is terible

The SSL issue is a problem of the mirror administrators so nothing the Qt Company can act on beside notifying them that there is an issue.
For the missing mirror list, you should open an issue on the bug tracker.
For the offline installer, it's available to the commercial license holders.
