Tried lots of mirrors from here:
https://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/root/qt/Updates.xml.mirrorlist
but no luck

Finally got it working with this mirror

.\installer.exe --mirror https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/qtproject/
