Did you build Qt yourself ? Are you sure the OpenSSL libraries are loaded ?
Yes, and i am sure it was loaded
The pre-built version cannot find TLS backend either
Which version of OpenSSL are you using ? Where is it located ?
OpenSSL 3.0.15 It is located in the Qt Tools folder and i am sure i have added it to path correctly
Start your application with the QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS environment variable set to one to see if you get information about what is happening.
