Unable to install Android QT Component

Hello,
I'm using open-source QT. I'm unable to install the Android component for QT or access previous QT versions. I need Qt 6.6.3 specifically. It shows only Qt Insight and the following message in the below image. I'm unable to see previous versions in archive as I could previously. I've tried multiple mirrors for the installer bu they all give the same result.

Any idea why the other mirror links on this qt website, https://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/root/qt/Updates.xml.mirrorlist, only show QT Insight? -
