    Hello,

We recently decided in our company to not renew commercial licence of Qt, for various reasons.
Since we respect open-source guidelines, we need to swap our installations to community referential, because our licences are not active anymore.

But it seems we are stuck here, not being able to download anything after connecting to our accounts:

Do you guys have any solution to make Qt know that we want to get community DLLs?

You should contact Qt Company directly. As far as I know you can't install open source licensed Qt if the account you use had a commercial license in the past. But maybe Qt Company can change this for you.

As jsulm suggested, you should contact Qt Company if you want to keep the same account.
But otherwise, you still have the possibility to create new accounts with open source licence.

However, you probably will have to uninstall the commercial Maintenance Tool (and maybe the whole Qt ?) to reinstall the open source one.

Hi @DJaq, technically you can not use the same Qt Account for both commercial and opensource installations. If the used Qt Account has any licenses (even eval ones) it will switch to commercial version. So it means that you need to have a second Qt Account in order to do opensource installations with the online installer
