Failed to install QT designer using Python 3.12.3 (URGENT HELP)

Dear Respected QT Team,
I am a python developer and I am trying to install qt designer on my PC, my current python version install on my PC is 3.12.3, but It shows me an error. PyQt6 was successfully installed on my PC but qt-tools aren't installing properly ..when I run the command on CMD
pip install pyqt6-toolsIt shows me this piece of text ...

Please HELP me how can I install Qt Designer with PyQT6 library into my PC ...
I have checked on PyPI website, latest version of pyqt6-tools is or March 2023 . So my request to you QT Team please release the latest version of pyqt-tools which enable developers to develop GUIs.

This forum is not read by a team from The Qt Company. It is end-users of Qt like yourself. PyQt is not produced by The Qt Company anyway, it is from a third-party, Riverbank Computing.
