    Hello everyone,

    I have a problem with the librairie websockets. I installed QT on 2 different computers. I'm on version 6.7.0 on both. But in one I can install the librairie with qt maintenance tool, and in the second one I don't have it so I can't install it in the 6.7.0 version. I don't understand why, in one pc I can install it and the second one I don't. Do you have any solution for me ?

    Thank you in advance.

      Don't have what? The Qt maintenance tool itself?

        No I have the Qt maintenance tool on both. But in the Qt maintenance tool I don't have the tab to check with the QT websockets for the 6.7.0 version in one of my computer and in the other I have it. I don't understand why. Is it possible to have the websockets library without using the QT maintenance ?

          Hi and welcome to devnet,

          This is pretty strange, you should try to use a different mirror with the maintenance tool to see if you get the package.

          Otherwise nothing stops you from cloning the module repository and build it yourself.

            @SGaist hello,

            What do you mean by "different mirror" ?It's strange because I have the library for other release, for example 6.7.1, but not in mine (the 6.7.0). Is there a big difference between the versions? (the 6.7.0 and the 6.7.1) ?

            Thank you in advance.

              I mean the mirror used by the installer to get its data and packages. See here.

              No, there should not be that big a difference between these two minor release. A module can be a TP but in that case, it's clearly noted as such
