Translations of "Qt in Education Course Material" to other languages
-
The main question is if Qt Development Networks - Nokia would be interested in such translations in order to include them in http://qt.nokia.com website so that as many users as possible could benefit from them.
-
@Stavros: Yes, please! :)
One of the things we're looking to do next is to have a place for teachers to share their own course material on Qt. Translations into Greek - or any other language - would be very welcome as part of this.
For now, feel free to post a link to material already available from this forum, or email it to qt-education@nokia.com.

@Hanne: I haven't began translation of this material, I plan to start shortly! However, I will get back to you when I have progressed with it. In my opinion, it would be important to have the translations in a http://qt.nokia.com/... location, so that people would know that these translations are "approved" by Qt/Nokia. ;)
@Alexandra: Thanks for the tip, I will keep it in mind. :)

I will start to translate this material to Portuguese if someone wants to help please tell me.

Great - thanks!
I have added a "wiki-page (Translations of Learning Material)":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/Learning_Material_Translations for listing translations people are working on. Feel free to add info there about how to help out etc.

bq. I just have to send the translations to qt-education@nokia.com ?
This material now belongs to Digia, no longer Nokia, so that email-adress is a bit outdated. For now please just list the translation as in the works here: "http://qt-project.org/wiki/Learning_Material_Translations":http://qt-project.org/wiki/Learning_Material_Translations. Then when your are done, we can find out where best to host it.
