I want to use it for learning purpose only and not use it to sell or for commercial purpose

Hi and welcome to devnet,
You should contact the Qt Company directly. This is a user forum.

@Deopal When registering for the download there was a checkmark you could use to tell Qt that you are a not working for a company. This will give you the free version of Qt.

do i have to reinstall the Qt?
Qt has a commercial and an open source/community version (under the GPL and LGPL). Just for learning purposed you can certainly use the open source version (and even in many commercial settings the open source version might suffice if you can comply with the LGPL). In order to use this version I expect that you have to reinstall the open source version instead of the commercial version. Or does anyone know a way for switching licenses?

@Deopal I think so. Download the open source installer here https://www.qt.io/download-qt-installer-oss
And register a new account in the installer. There you have the possibility to check a checkbox stating you are a private person. -
