      Yes
      "I can not find open source license option" - simply install Qt. As long as you do not have a commercial license it will be open source one.

        Yes, Qt is dual licensed LGPL / Commercial.

        You can get the OSS installer from https://www.qt.io/download-qt-installer-oss or https://download.qt.io/official_releases/online_installers/

          And if you just want to download the Qt OSS without an account you can use this CMake script via cmake -P download_qt6.cmake. It downloads Qt 6.4.2. No idea if it would work with Qt 6.5.

          But you don't get the ability to upgrade things like you can do with the official installer, and you'll have to manually do things.
