List mcu boards

Hello there, I have software like QGroundControl (but does not need link and antenna just need serial port) and I want to install this app on board not laptop or tablet or raspberry
Do you know any boards to run this app
My main goal is I can cross compile qt (qtquick with enable opengl, I prefer LTS Qt ver) on board.
Any one has experience to this job like orange pi or Rock chip boards or beaglebone under 90$
