I encountered limitations in the installation speed of Qt6 on the Qt Maintenance Tool while using Parrot OS 5.3 (Electro Ara). The download speed ranged from 1kb/s to 100kb/s, which was quite frustrating.

However, I found a workaround by selecting a mirror from
https://download.qt.io/static/mirrorlist/ that was closer to my location.

This significantly improved the installation speed, allowing me to proceed smoothly. Unfortunately, after downloading approximately 1.3GB of data, I encountered an error.

I attempted the installation again with a different mirror, but faced the same issue. Even changing the mirror location to China and Japan resulted in even worse performance, with instant errors occurring.

I have previously used Qt on Windows without any problems.

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

Can you try again with an earlier version of the installer ?

I suspected so, that's why I was suggesting to try again with the previous version of the online installer (it's just a hunch).
