Normally Qt Creator should download all necessary packages by itself when completing the configuration under preferences/devices/android -> "Qt Creator offers to automatically install all the necessary packages and tools"
So it could be the same problem as described in these posts:

I think you're misinterpreting the error message. It's saying that the Android kit hasn't been created, or that there's something wrong with it. Can you show us what the kit looks like in Creator?
