I am always facing this issue.

[20238] Warning: Network error while downloading 'https://mirrors.aliyun.com/qtproject/online/qtsdkrepository/linux_x64/android/qt6_624_x86_64/2022-03-14-1040_meta.7z': Error transferring https://mirrors.aliyun.com/qtproject/online/qtsdkrepository/linux_x64/android/qt6_624_x86_64/2022-03-14-1040_meta.7z - server replied: Not Found.

Other information:
OS: Ubuntu 22 LTS
Installer Type: Online installer

@An-Nguyen In the link provided by @SGaist there is another link. If you follow that link you will find "Selecting a mirror for opensource". There are even examples how to do - did you try that?

Guys thanks for all your suggestions, I finally could able to fix it. Also I received an email from qt support to use mirror as well.

Well, from the folder where the installer file is located:
