module "QtQuick.Enterprise.Controls" QTCreator cannot find this module

Hello All,

i would like to create a menu that displays several menu items along an arc.
I have seen that i can use the PieMenu but it look like that i need a commercial licence for it ?
Because it should be a part of QtQuick.Enterprise.Controls
Any idea is it open source or i have to buy a licence.
