Qt Creator design library

Qt for Python

I created a Qt for python project and default the project folder in different directory. Once the project is created then i go to design tab and i could not file Library Tab. I looked in the view of menu bar on the top but Library option is not there.
Then i used qt Maintenance tool to install advanced library for qt 6.2.3 (thought it might required for the library to show up in view) but no luck.
Don't know what i am doing wrong, i am new to QT. Please help me get that library in Qt Creator.

I couldn't understand what do you mean by 'Library Tab'. What are you trying to achieve?
