Could not find the required QmakeOutputInstallerKey

I thought downloading the source and then running MaintenanceTool to install the Creator would resolve the issue. It still persists. I'm using Ubuntu and have installed Qt X11 Requirements.
I tried running qtCreator from Source and it prompted:
./qtcreator: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.28' not found (required by /home/saman/Qt/Tools/QtCreator/bin/../lib/Qt/lib/libQt6Core.so.6)The ldd version I have is of course 2.27 and system has been upgraded.
