(Please see Section 3.4. (viii) of the Qt Company’s License Agreement). If a company mixes Qt Open Source and commercially licensed Qt in development, it is a breach of the SLA and constitutes an infringement of The Qt Company's copyright. I have re-registered another 2 accounts, but I faced the same problem.

I'm guessing that you can't use your company's email address or your company's Internet connection to download open-source Qt. But I'm not 100% sure; as the message suggests, contact Qt Customer Success for confirmation.
