Physical device architecture & API not recognized

We can't deploy to pysical device in Qt because CPU arch, API level & OS version is not detected.
If we open Android Studio or Visual Studio for Xamarin as instance, we can deploy succesfuly and device is perfectly recognized and ready to debug/deploy.¿Can you help us?
Attached capture in which we can seee how device is show in Qt Creator and issue message obtained.
