Custom reticule

Hello
Wanted to draw different custom reticle and use it by providing coordinates on a GUI just in the same way as in any shooting game. Can anyone guide me?@Prsh
In QML you can use the Canvas Element to draw anything you like.
Also most JS canvas examples can be taken as reference, like this one for example. -
If this question has been answered so that I am not hijacking the thread: what is a "reticule"/"reticle" [spellchecker does not recognize either of these words] anyway?? :)

Thanks. Initially reading as "recticule" I thought it was something small one was supposed to insert into one's rear-end! :(
