I cannot add a new compiler. When I try it, system sound and nothing happened. I'm using macOS Big Sur 11.6. How can I fix that?

@Wallie a wild shot in the dark here, since you don't give us much information.

select QtCreator (which I'm assuming you're using) press ctrl + down arrow select the (presumably) hidden popup window.

Proceed from there.
