Archive 5.1.1 download link location?

Hi,

I would like to download 5.1.1 msvc2010 x86 version. I cannot find a link to it anywhere. On official site I have found 5.1.0 among archive libraries. I still need 5.1.1. Does anybody know how to get it?

Although I was able to start downloading, after a few seconds the connection was dropped and now it gives 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error on this site :(
