Qt packages not found

I have been trying to download a software but it requires these dependencies. However, when I try to download them, it is unable to as they require other dependencies. How do I solve this ?

Use your distribution package manager to install the development packages for the libraries you need.
From the looks, it's Qt4 so search for them.
