Recommendations for implementing a react frontend on top of Qt server

Hello,
I have the need to build my server in Qt. It will be a C++ based server. What is the best way to write a secure browser React frontend that can interact with the Qt server? I cannot seem to find any example architectures or guides. Can someone please point me in the right direction.
