Performance between Qt widget application and QML application

Do we have a performance test between Qt widget base application and QML base application?
I want like to implement Qt on embedded device, but, not sure which application would be better for my use case.

I am not aware of such benchmarks. You have to define exactly what you want to achieve and then do some tests.
