QDialog with fixed size and scrollbar

Hi,
So here is my situation; i have QDIalog that pops up upon a clicked button. Now i would want this Dialog window to be of a certain size (e.g. 1000 x 500), but with scrollbars to obtain a much larger 'real' window (~4000 x 1000). How can this be done if at all?
I hope you understand what i want to do, it is quite hard to explain. Maybe think of your average browser window but its resized to 300x300. Then you can still find the rest of the page by using the scrollbars.
