ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sipdistutils'

I'm trying to install poppler-qt5 21.1.0 on Windows Powershell. Even though I have the latest python version (3.9) and sip (6.0.1), I get many errors. I think that solving the first one, the following may disappear. Thus, here it goes:
