Is it possible to create sis file for S60 3rd edition using Qt 4.7.4 ?

I am using Qt 4.7.4. Is it possible to create sis file for S60 3rd edition handsets. As it is providing simulator for N95 so, I guess it should but unfortunately when i created a simple qml project it didn't run on S60 5th device (XM 5800). Please help me.

The following wiki article has a table showing all the support for each Symbian version.
http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/Support_for_SymbianSo you will see that for S60 3rd you can use till 4.6.3 and for S60 5th the 4.7.3.
Also QML is only for S60 5th and newer devices.
If you really want to use 4.7 on a S60 3rd you could try Qt 4.7.1. That was the last that could work on S60 3rd but once again was not officially supported.

Well, i understood.
Now from where can i download Qt 4.6.3 for windows ? In the downlaod page i found 4.6.4 or higher. -
