Qt Maintenance Tool fails with install/update components: "No package source set for this app.."

Hello,

I have problem with Qt Maintenance tool, and I noticed this problem after latest windows update.
It is displaying only the components that I have currently installed and I can not install new components. When I press Filter to fetch older versions, I got error:

I tried with downloading qt online installer and same error occurs.

Anyone solved this error or any idea how to avoid this?
