Building MQTT module for Windows

Hello,
I have been trying to install the MQTT module to use it in my projects. Here are the steps I followed:
cloned git (git clone git://code.qt.io/qt/qtmqtt.git)
then I tried to qmake make and finally make - install
however I get those messages... What did I do wrong ?

Did you checkout the branch matching your Qt installation ?

Wow thank you ... I had been using the version corresponding to my Qt creator version not my MinGw version so that was the issue... Thank you so much for pointing it out so rapidly... It would have taken me a while to figure it out.
